Service Fee

The service fee starts from $99 MXN, varying based on the complexity and scope of the request. Please note that this fee covers Suapify’s service only — it does not include the cost of the item or international shipping.

Payment for Item & Shipping

The total payment must cover all costs associated with the procurement and logistics of your items. Please ensure the amount sent includes the following components:

  • Item Cost & Domestic Shipping: The full retail price of the requested items only if you need us to purchase them on your behalf.
  • International Shipping: The cost of shipping the item from Mexico to your destination country.
  • Service Fee: The professional commission as previously agreed upon for the proxy service.

Option 1: Self-Purchase (You Buy the Item)

Choose this option if you are able to pay the Mexican seller directly but they do not offer international shipping.

  1. Place Your Request: Submit an order through our website to let us know which items you are purchasing.

  2. Receive Your Quote: We will contact you with a local Mexican address for your shipment and a preliminary estimate for international shipping and service fees.

  3. Ship Locally: Purchase your item and have it shipped to our facility in Mexico. No upfront payment to Suapify is required at this stage.

  4. Arrival & Inspection: Once your package arrives, we will perform a superficial inspection and provide photos and video for your approval.

  5. Final Quote: We will provide the exact international shipping cost plus our service fee ($5–$20 USD) and any requested handling or consolidation fees.

  6. Payment: Pay the final total via your preferred method (PayPal, Revolut, Crypto, or SPEI).

  7. Dispatch: Your package will be dispatched within 1–3 business days via FedEx, DHL, or Mexpost.


Option 2: Proxy-Purchase (Suapify Buys for You)

Choose this option if the Mexican seller or platform does not accept your payment method or if you prefer us to handle the transaction.

  1. Place Your Request: Submit an order on our website with the links or details of the items you want.

  2. Receive Your Quote: We will contact you with a total for the Item Cost + Domestic Shipping to our facility.

  3. Upfront Payment: You must pay for the item and domestic shipping costs in full before we proceed with the purchase.

  4. We Purchase the Item: Once your payment is confirmed, Suapify will personally acquire the requested items on your behalf.

  5. Arrival & Inspection: Upon arrival at our facility, we will inspect the items and send you photos/video to confirm the condition.

  6. Shipping Quote: We will calculate the final international shipping cost and add our professional service fee ($5–$20 USD).

  7. Final Payment: Pay the remaining balance, including international shipping and service commissions.

  8. Dispatch: We will ship your items within 1–3 business days and provide you with a tracking number.

Payment Methods and Transaction Fees

We must receive the exact amount for the items, shipping, and service fees in full. Therefore, any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment provider must be covered by the client. Please review the fees below to select your preferred method:

  • PayPal: 5.89% + $4.00 MXN. (All PayPal payments must be sent in Mexican Pesos (MXN)).
  • Revolut (Direct): No fee. (All Revolut payments must be sent in Mexican Pesos (MXN)).
  • Wise: $20MXN flat fee. (All Wise payments must be sent in Mexican Pesos (MXN)).
  • Cryptocurrency: 2% fee.
  • Mexican Bank Transfer (SPEI): No fee.
    • Note: This is often the most cost-effective method for international users. Many digital banking apps such as Revolut and Wise allow you to perform local Mexican bank transfers directly.
  • Domestic Bank Transfers (Non-SWIFT / Non-Wire): A 4% fee applies to receiving payments in the following local currencies:
    • AUD (Australia)
    • CAD (Canada)
    • EUR (European Union)
    • GBP (United Kingdom)
    • HUF (Hungary)
    • NZD (New Zealand)
    • SGD (Singapore)
    • TRY (Turkey)
    • USD (United States)
  • Cash Remittance: No fee for payments sent via MoneyGram, Western Union, Vigo, or Orlandi Valuta.
  • If you would like to use a payment method not listed above, please contact us in advance to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

Refund Policy

Once the item has been purchased and arrives, we will inspect it. We will take photos and a video of the item and make a superficial inspection of the outer package.

  • If the box is not sealed, we may open it to confirm the condition of the item.
  • If the box is sealed or difficult to open, we will need the client’s permission to open it for inspection.
  • The service fee does not include functional testing. If specific tests are required, they must be discussed beforehand with Suapify and may incur an extra cost.
  • If the client does not authorize opening the item, thus preventing internal inspection, no refunds or disputes will be accepted regarding the condition or functionality of the item.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm the item’s condition based on the photos and video provided.

Once the client confirms that the item meets their expectations, no refunds will be issued.

Refund eligibility is exclusively contingent upon the condition of the item when it is received in Mexico. Claims for items that are not as described, damaged, or defective must be filed before the item is dispatched from Mexico. No refunds will be issued for issues discovered after the item has left the country.

In all other circumstances — including change of mind, shipping delays, or customs issuesrefunds will not be provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs vary depending on destination, item weight, and courier service. We will provide an estimate before you place an order. Once the local package is received by Suapify, it will take between 1–3 business days to dispatch the package internationally. Tracking information will be shared once the item is shipped. 

  • The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and import rights.
  • The client must confirm that the item can be imported into their country and whether special documents are required.
  • Suapify can only provide a commercial invoice for the item(s). Any additional import documentation must be obtained by the client.

The shipping companies used are FedEx, DHL, and Mexpost (EMS).

Clients are encouraged to contact these couriers beforehand to confirm import requirements for shipments from Mexico.

If an item is held at customs, rejected, or cannot enter the destination country due to missing paperwork or import restrictions, no refunds will be issued.

We will always package all items carefully and securely to ensure they travel safely and under good conditions.

Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items Policy

Please review the following categories carefully before placing an order. Compliance with international customs regulations (specifically U.S. and Mexican laws) is mandatory.

1. Restricted Items (Special Handling & Fees Required)

The following items are legally permitted for transport but require special customs documentation (such as FDA Prior Notice, USFWS Declarations, or Dangerous Goods labeling) to transit through the United States or leave Mexico.

A Special Handling Fee of $199.00 MXN (or more, depending on quantity/complexity) will be added to your shipping invoice for these items to cover the cost of preparing and filing these legal declarations.

  • Non-branded Food & Beverages: Snacks, candies, canned goods, sauces, coffee, tea, and soda.
  • Cosmetics
  • Dietary Supplements: Vitamins, protein powders, botanicals, and herbal extracts.
  • Animal Products: Items made with exotic leather (alligator, ostrich), feathers, shells, or coral.
  • Electronics with Batteries: Devices containing lithium batteries (laptops, phones) or loose batteries.
  • Medicines (Prescription):
    • General Rule: You generally cannot ship prescription medicines to the U.S. unless they are FDA-approved. Medicines made/exported from the U.S. can usually only be returned to the U.S. manufacturer.
    • Personal Use Exception: In rare cases, a small quantity may be imported if it meets FDA regulations.
    • Required Documentation: To ship medicines, you must provide the following information for the Commercial Invoice:
      • A valid copy of the doctor’s prescription.
      • Full Name, Address, and Phone Number of the treating physician.
      • Name and Address of the drug manufacturer.
      • Form of medicine (tablet, capsule, liquid, etc.).
      • Dosage Strength.
      • Quantity and Type of Packaging.
      • Type of medical condition being treated.
      • Statement on whether the medicine can be purchased at the destination.
      • Copy of Passport (if the recipient is not a U.S. resident).
    • Limit: You are strictly limited to a maximum 90-day supply.
  • For any other country you must check your country’s regulations.

2. Strictly Prohibited Items

We cannot purchase or ship the following items under any circumstances. These items are prohibited by our carrier partners (FedEx/DHL) and international law. If your order contains these items, we will be unable to process it.

We do not ship:

  • Live animals (including insects)
  • Animal corpses, remains, or embryos
  • Human remains, organs, or ashes
  • Hunting trophies or taxidermy
  • Ivory and Shark Fins
  • Plants, plant materials, and cut flowers
  • Raw hemp or hemp seeds
  • Marijuana (recreational or medicinal) and Cannabis derivatives
  • CBD and THC products
  • Narcotics, hallucinogens, and illegal drugs
  • Kratom and Salvia divinorum
  • Tobacco products (Cigarettes, cigars, loose tobacco)
  • E-Cigarettes, Vapes, and vaping liquids/gels
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Perishable foods requiring refrigeration
  • Firearms and Ammunition
  • Gun parts, accessories, and scopes
  • Ghost guns or 3D printed weapons
  • Air guns, Tasers, and replica/toy guns
  • Explosives, fireworks, and flares
  • Inert or replica explosive devices (e.g., dummy grenades)
  • Dangerous Goods (Flammables, aerosols, perfumes, dry ice)
  • Hazardous Waste (including used medical needles)
  • Wet, leaking, or odorous packages
  • Cash, Bullion, and negotiable instruments (stocks/bonds)
  • Lottery tickets and gambling devices
  • Counterfeit or “Knock-off” goods
  • Pornographic or obscene materials
  • Loose precious stones
  • High-value Jewelry or Watches (valued over €10,000)
  • High-value Antiques or Art (valued over €500,000)
  • Shipments requiring Carnets or Temporary Import Bonds

Repackaging & Consolidation Services

To ensure your items arrive safely and to help you save on international shipping costs, we offer professional repackaging and consolidation services. Please review the fee structures below.

1. Mandatory Repackaging (Damaged Inbound Shipments)

We inspect every package upon arrival at our facility. If a package arrives from the domestic seller in a damaged, crushed, or unsafe condition, we must repackage the item to ensure it survives the international journey.

  • Small Packages (Shoe box size or smaller): A flat fee of $99.00 MXN applies.
  • Large/Oversized Packages: A higher fee will apply depending on the dimensions and materials required. We will inform you of the cost before proceeding.
  • Note: This fee covers the labor and new packaging materials (box, bubble wrap, tape) required to secure your item.

2. Volumetric Weight Reduction (Optional Repackaging)

Domestic sellers often ship small items in unnecessarily large boxes, which significantly increases your international shipping cost (due to “Volumetric Weight” pricing by carriers).

  • The Service: You can request that we transfer your items into a smaller, more compact box to lower your shipping fees.
  • Small Packages (Shoe box size or smaller): A flat fee of $99.00 MXN applies.
  • Large/Oversized Packages: A higher fee will apply depending on the dimensions.
  • Benefit: Paying this small fee often saves you much more on the final international shipping cost.

3. Consolidation Service (Combining Multiple Orders)

If you are purchasing items from multiple different sellers, we can combine them into a single shipment. This is highly recommended as it typically lowers your total shipping cost significantly compared to shipping each item individually.

  • Base Consolidation Fee: $99.00 MXN
  • Per-Item Handling Fee: + $39.00 MXN for each additional order/item added to the box. Note: this does not include any repackaging that may need be needed.

Warranties

If the purchased product includes a warranty, we can assist with warranty management for an additional service fee.

If the item must be returned to Mexico for warranty processing, all related expenses — including shipping and customs — must be covered by the client.

Post-Shipment Support: If any issues arise during the shipment (such as delays or customs holds), we are happy to assist you in communicating with the carrier to resolve them. However, please note that depending on the complexity of the situation and the time required to solve it, an additional service fee may be necessary.
