Processing at our facility takes 1–2 business days. International shipping typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your destination and chosen shipping method.
No subscriptions at all. You only pay when you use the service — a flat $99 MXN per dispatched package, plus the international shipping cost. Perfect for occasional and regular shoppers alike.
We currently support Shopify, WooCommerce, and manual CSV uploads. More integrations are in development. Contact us if you need a specific platform supported.
Absolutely. Our warehouse supports multi-SKU storage with each SKU tracked separately. You can mix bin sizes — for example, Minibins for accessories and a Regular Bin for your main product.
All packages are covered by our standard liability policy. For high-value items we recommend optional shipping insurance which can be added at checkout.
