              Refund Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n

              Once the item has been purchased and arrives, <\/span>we will inspect it<\/b>. We will take <\/span>photos and a video<\/b> of the item and make a <\/span>superficial inspection of the outer package<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

              • If the client does <\/span>not authorize opening<\/b> the item, thus preventing internal inspection, <\/span>no refunds or disputes<\/b> will be accepted regarding the <\/span>condition or functionality<\/b> of the item.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                It is the <\/span>client\u2019s responsibility<\/b> to confirm the item\u2019s condition based on the photos and video provided.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Once the client confirms that the item meets their expectations, <\/span>no refunds will be issued.<\/b><\/p>\n

                Refund eligibility is exclusively contingent upon the condition of the item <\/span>when it is received in Mexico<\/b>. Claims for items that are not as described, damaged, or defective must be filed before the item is dispatched from Mexico. No refunds will be issued for issues discovered after the item has left the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

                In all other circumstances \u2014 including <\/span>change of mind<\/b>, <\/span>shipping delays<\/b>, or <\/span>customs issues<\/b> \u2014 <\/span>refunds will not be provided.<\/b><\/p>\n

                Shipping & Delivery<\/b><\/h3>\n

Once the local package is received by Suapify, it will take between <\/span>1\u20133 business days<\/b> to dispatch the package internationally.                   Clients are encouraged to contact these couriers beforehand to confirm <\/span>import requirements<\/b> for shipments from <\/span>Mexico<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  If an item is <\/span>held at customs<\/b>, <\/span>rejected<\/b>, or <\/span>cannot enter the destination country<\/b> due to missing paperwork or import restrictions, <\/span>no refunds will be issued<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  We will always <\/span>package all items carefully and securely<\/b> to ensure they travel safely and under good conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items Policy<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  Please review the following categories carefully before placing an order. Compliance with international customs regulations (specifically U.S. and Mexican laws) is mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\n
