Suapify is a specialized “Buy-for-Me” and international shipping proxy service based in Mexico. We help international customers purchase products from Mexican retailers that do not offer international shipping. We receive your items at our local hub, inspect them, and ship them directly to your door anywhere in the world.

You can shop at any online store, marketplace (like Mercado Libre or Amazon Mexico), or even local artisanal shops within Mexico. As long as you can provide a URL or specific product details, we can handle the rest.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping costs depend on your destination and the products you order. We can only provide a rough estimate before processing your order. As a general guideline, items under 1KG volumetric size cost approximately $35 USD to ship.

We offer two tiers: The Explorer (Pay-per-Package) for occasional shoppers and The Professional (Membership) for frequent importers. Fees are divided into handling, consolidation, and repackaging.

Yes. Our standard flat fees apply to packages that are under 50x50x50cm and weigh less than 10KG. For larger or heavier items, such as car parts, we provide custom quotes based on the specific handling requirements.

Consolidation is the process of combining multiple orders from different sellers into one single box. This significantly reduces your international shipping costs because you only pay for one “first kilogram” and one international dispatch fee.

The timeline depends on two factors: how fast the Mexican seller ships to our warehouse and the international shipping method you choose. Typically, once we dispatch from our hub, international delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days.

Absolutely. As soon as Suapify generates your international shipping label, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey from Mexico to your home.

Yes! Unlike many other proxies, Suapify has no limits on product types. We have experience handling everything from delicate sweets to heavy automotive parts.

Every package that arrives at our hub undergoes a Standard Inspection. Our team verifies that the item matches the description and is not damaged before it ever leaves Mexico.

Since Suapify holds your funds securely until the product is verified at our hub, we can manage returns or disputes with the local Mexican seller on your behalf if the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival at our warehouse.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are typically collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
