1. Service Description

Suapify acts as a trusted local intermediary and proxy buyer for international customers wishing to purchase products from Mexico. Our role is to facilitate the acquisition and international shipment of requested items. We do not manufacture or retail the products ourselves.

2. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fee: A professional commission ranging from $5 to $20 USD is charged based on the complexity of the request. This fee covers the proxy service only and does not include the cost of items or shipping.
  • Total Payment: The client must provide the exact amount covering the item cost, domestic shipping (if applicable), international shipping, and the agreed-upon service fee.
  • Transaction Fees: All payment provider processing fees must be covered by the client to ensure Suapify receives the full amount.
    • PayPal: 5.89% + $5.80 MXN (Payments must be sent in MXN).
    • Domestic Bank Transfers: A 4% fee applies to specific local currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).
    • No Fee Methods: Revolut Direct, Wise Direct, Cryptocurrency (doesn’t include OxaPay), Mexican Bank Transfer (SPEI), and specific Cash Remittances.

3. Inspection and Quality Control

  • Verification: We perform a superficial inspection of the outer package and provide photos and video documentation to the client.
  • Sealed Items: If a package is factory-sealed, we will only open it for internal inspection with explicit client permission.
  • Functionality: The service fee does not include functional testing. Specific tests must be discussed in advance and may incur extra costs.
  • Client Approval: The client is responsible for confirming the item’s condition based on the media provided. Once confirmed, the item is considered accepted.

4. Shipping and Logistics

  • Dispatch: International shipping occurs within 1–3 business days after Suapify receives the local package.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be shared once the item is dispatched via FedEx, DHL, or Mexpost (EMS).
  • Volumetric Weight: We offer optional repackaging for $5.00 USD (small packages) to reduce volumetric weight and lower shipping costs.
  • Consolidation: Multiple orders can be combined for a base fee of $5.00 USD plus $2.00 USD per additional item.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Pre-Shipment Returns: If a client rejects an item based on the provided photos/videos, Suapify will facilitate a return to the seller according to the seller’s specific policy.
  • Refund Disbursement: Refunds are only issued to the client once Suapify has received the reimbursement from the seller. Timing is dependent on the seller’s policy.
  • Post-Shipment: No refunds or disputes are accepted once the item has been dispatched from Mexico.
  • Non-Refundable: Service fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Customs, Duties, and Restrictions

  • Client Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the item can be legally imported and for paying all duties, taxes, and import rights.
  • Documentation: Suapify provides a commercial invoice; any additional permits or documentation must be obtained by the client.
  • Restricted Items: Items like non-branded food, supplements, and electronics with batteries require a Special Handling Fee of $10.00 USD or more.
  • Prohibited Items: We strictly do not ship narcotics, firearms, alcohol, tobacco, perishable foods, or high-value jewelry/antiques exceeding specified limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

Suapify is not liable for items held, rejected, or destroyed by customs. We are also not responsible for shipping delays or issues arising from missing paperwork.
